Understanding the Risk Tiers
The EU AI Act categorizes AI systems into four risk tiers. Your primary goal is to determine which tier your systems fall into.
High-Risk Requirements
If your system is High-Risk (e.g., used in HR, critical infrastructure, or law enforcement), you must implement a strict risk management system, maintain detailed technical documentation, and ensure human oversight.
General Purpose AI (GPAI)
