By using CitizenJar (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CitizenJar is a B2B SaaS platform providing AI-assisted security questionnaire completion, policy generation, and compliance monitoring tools. The Service is provided "as is" and intended for professional, business use.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. User Data and AI

By uploading documents, you grant CitizenJar the right to process them using AI components. We do not use your proprietary documents to train public global AI models. Data is encrypted and securely processed.

6. Limitation of Liability

CitizenJar provides tools to assist with security compliance but does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any generated documents or answers. CitizenJar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
